INcircle Health provides relationship-centered primary care through a simple monthly membership. Patients receive same or next day appointments, longer visits, direct messaging with their doctor, and a focus on prevention and whole-person health. Care includes management of chronic conditions, urgent concerns, mental health support, lifestyle and obesity medicine, HIV care, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and gender-affirming care. Members also have access to telehealth, home visits, in-office procedures, discounted labs and medications, and ongoing coaching that supports sustainable, long-term wellness. Our goal is to make healthcare feel personal again and give every patient a trusted partner in their health journey.
