Incisive Consultants is an Epic-only consulting firm that provides staff augmentation and strategic advisory services to Epic clients across the country, with former Epic employees within every department of our firm. Approximately 85% of our consultants are former Epic employees, and all are Epic-certified with an average of over 10 years of Epic experience servicing several full lifecycle implementations. This enables us to embed quickly and deliver high-impact support across all phases of an implementation, including optimization and maintenance. Our team includes experienced project managers, certified application analysts, principal trainers, and technical experts with deep knowledge of the Epic implementation lifecycle and cross-application dependencies. We bring expertise in full lifecycle implementation support, ranging from governance and workflow walkthroughs to system build, testing, training, and Go-Live readiness. We support complex, multi-entity Epic rollouts for our clients. Our consultants seamlessly integrate into both client teams and broader data migration and archival workstreams, helping ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and accelerate delivery.
