Include Industries is created to acquire great companies from owners that want to retire or find a successor and jointly grow them. In doing so, Include Industries positions itself deliberately between private equity investors and management buy-in. As a safe alternative, we balance between a financial exit for the owner, respect for the legacy and company he built and continuity for the remaining team. Include Industries only invests in healthy companies with growth potential and has no intention to sell the companies after a few years. Focus is on long-term value creation, also allowing the former owners to benefit.
