We achieve this by bringing a humanistic lens to our consulting services, workshops, and participation in various events throughout the outdoor community, with the intention of sharing the joy of inclusion. Our VISION at IOTS is for EVERYONE on snow. Our MISSION is to inspire individuals and organizations to become inclusive authentically. We have both internal and external aspects to fulfill our vision and mission. First, INTERNALLY we concentrate on offering consulting services for organizations that intend to create more inclusive organizations by utilizing Dr. Gerilyn Davis's SWORD © Inclusion system. Second, EXTERNALLY we participate and host events for those who are well represented in the industry and not so well represented in the industry to come TOGETHER. These events include training, workshops, lecture series, and celebratory events that promote engagement through more inclusive efforts.
