Inclusive Search was created by Richard Pickard after he spent almost 20 years working with international recruitment organisations. Having served as a Board Director for 7 years, he wanted to create a business that had a clear purpose & vision to reach out to a broader talent pool of candidates. Each client mandate is treated as a unique project, this relationship-driven approach has resulted in Richard developing one of the most extensive networks in the City, and why almost all of Richard’s delivery over the past 10 years has been conducted on a repeat or referral basis.
