Index Analytics LLC (Index) was established in May 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently supports mission-critical high visibility healthcare programs nationwide in collaboration with six federal health agencies. Our work impacts over 100 million Americans who receive support through federal health programs such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and the Marketplace. Index specializes in data analytics, digital transformation, low-code software development, and AI-driven automation. Our efforts optimize federal health programs and save millions for the government. As an AWS Advanced Tier Service Partner and a Salesforce Ridge Partner, we have successfully migrated large-scale, mission-critical federal health applications to the cloud, improving operational efficiencies and realizing significant savings for the government. Additionally, we develop low-code workflow applications, including a system that manages $40 billion in healthcare payment appeals. We take pride in our reputation as a “company with a conscience” within the industry. Our workforce, predominantly based in Maryland, enjoys various employee-friendly benefits.
