Since 2004, Influens has been helping companies identify, assess and develop strong, emotionally intelligent leaders through hands-on, tailor made interactive workshops and development programs. Jungian trained psychologist and CEO Dr. Robert Hernandez created Influens' unique leadership development approach after working for the company for 12 years and acquiring it. Our dynamic program starts with assessing leaders and organizations as a whole, using Dr. Hernandez's background as a licensed psychologist. Influens learning programs and workshops are hands-on and tailor-made. No boring lectures — we mix interaction and fun with established psychological principles.
