InPower Coaching is a leadership development and organizational coaching firm. We help leaders activate their highest potential and master their personal power to succeed and create impact. We also assist companies in bringing emotional intelligence and leadership development programs to their middle management employees. Our programming gives mid-level employees valuable tools for establishing interpersonal efficacy, and we specialize in programming to help our clients retain "high value/at risk"​ mid-level employees (e.g., women and millennials) by helping them develop the leadership capabilities they need to be influential and impactful.
