The Insolace® 3D Print Farm is a specialist additive manufacturing lab at ACE Feet In Motion, delivering affordable, high-quality 3D printed custom orthotic insoles and sandals across the UK & Ireland for podiatrists, orthotists, MSK clinicians, NHS suppliers and private orthotic brands. Operating from a purpose built solar-powered Cardiff facility, Insolace® runs over 30 industrial-grade 3D printers, enabling carbon-neutral, high-precision orthotic production with faster and more predictable lead times than traditional orthotic manufacturing. Utilising innovative MDR compliant filaments to offer EVA-equivalent, Polypropylene-equivalent and Carbon-equivalent additive custom insoles. They are 100% repeatable, minimal waste, improved accuracy and enhanced value. Through an exclusive partnership with LutraCAD – the Dutch pioneers in orthotic CADCAM technology, Insolace® also provides flexible, fully integrated digital workflows centred around: SCAN | DESIGN | PRINT | FINISH Whether you require fully outsourced orthotic manufacturing, a hybrid CAD support model or a complete in-house digital setup, a tailored cost-effective solution aligned to your clinical, operational and commercial goals is now possible. Supplying scanners, open capture software, dynamic pressure plates, open CAD software, specialist 3D printers and various filaments, all requirements can be covered.
