About Inspiration Marine Group

Inspiration Marine Group is a full-service yacht sales group operating across sail and power. We are the exclusive UK and Ireland distributors for Hanse, Dehler and Moody sailing yachts, alongside Fjord motor yachts and SARGO motorboats. We also represent Privilège Marine in the UK. Our brokerage, formerly Michael Schmidt & Partner, has been part of the group since 2007 and now operates fully under the Inspiration Marine Group name. This reflects a natural progression — aligning brokerage with new yacht sales and ownership support within one structure. Clients do not see brokerage and new boat sales as separate journeys. They move between buying and selling over time. Our role is to support that process with clear, practical guidance at every stage. Alongside new and brokerage yacht sales, we provide aftersales support, parts and service, giving owners a single point of contact throughout ownership. Operating from Hamble Point Marina and Scotland, we support clients across the UK and beyond, providing consistent, knowledgeable support throughout the ownership lifecycle.
