The mission of the Association is to provide food safety professionals worldwide with a forum to exchange information on protecting the food supply. More than 4,200 food safety professionals from around the world enjoy the benefits of being a Member of The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). Working together, these Members develop programs of value to food safety professionals and the future of the global food supply. Dedicated to the life-long educational needs of its Members, IAFP provides Members with an information network through its two scientific journals (Food Protection Trends and Journal of Food Protection); e-newsletter, IAFP Report; its educational Annual Meeting; international meetings and symposia; along with interaction between food safety professionals.
