About International Economic Forum of the Americas

The International Economic Forum of the Americas is committed to heighten knowledge and awareness of the major issues concerning economic globalization, with a particular emphasis on the relations between the Americas and other continents. The Forum also strives to foster exchanges of information, to promote free discussion on major current economic issues and facilitate meetings between world leaders to encourage international discourse by bringing together Heads of State, the private sector, international organizations and civil society. --- Le Forum Économique International des Amériques a pour mission de développer la connaissance des grands enjeux de la mondialisation des économies en mettant l’accent sur les relations entre les Amériques et les différents continents. Le forum vise aussi à favoriser l’échange d’information, promouvoir la libre discussion autour de grands enjeux économiques actuels et faciliter les rencontres pour développer les échanges internationaux en invitant des chefs d’État et de gouvernement, des gens d’affaires, des membres de gouvernements, des fonctionnaires internationaux, des universitaires, des syndicalistes et des gens de la société civile.
