Invene is a healthcare-only data engineering and AI implementation firm. We partner with payers, providers and other healthcare organizations that are struggling with fragmented data, unreliable reporting, and infrastructure that cannot support modern analytics or AI initiatives. We help organizations design and implement modern data platforms, unify data across enterprise systems, and create the foundations required for advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven operations. Many organizations try to launch analytics or AI initiatives before their data infrastructure is ready. We start by fixing the underlying systems. That includes evaluating the current data environment, identifying the highest-value opportunities for improvement, and building the pipelines, models, and architecture needed to make those initiatives work in production.
