Iron Ridge is a specialized intensive outpatient program (IOP) opening in Austin, Texas in September 2026. We treat adults navigating compulsive sexual behavior, betrayal trauma, and the mental-health conditions that drive them — depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. WHO WE SERVE We work with two distinct populations simultaneously: • The person in recovery — adults presenting with compulsive sexual behavior disorder (ICD-10 F52.8 / CSBD), problematic pornography use, sexual addiction, or out-of-control sexual behavior, almost always alongside a primary DSM-5 mood, anxiety, OCD, or trauma diagnosis. • The betrayed partner — adults experiencing relational trauma, attachment injury, and acute anxiety/depression following the disclosure or discovery of a partner's compulsive sexual behavior. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT Most addiction-focused programs treat only the person who acted out. Most trauma programs are not equipped for partner betrayal. We are designed from day one for both — running concurrent, integrated tracks led by clinicians credentialed specifically for this work. OUR APPROACH • Three-day-per-week intensive outpatient (9 hours/week clinical) for 8–12 weeks • Evidence-based group + individual therapy • Mental-health-primary clinical formulation — we treat the underlying mood, anxiety, OCD, or trauma diagnosis that meets medical necessity for IOP-level care • Partner program runs in parallel using APSATS-Informed and Bowen-trained clinicians • Outcomes measured with HBI-19, CSBD-19, PATHOS, and Y-BOCS LEADERSHIP • Ian Brown — Founder & CEO.
