About iSAW international

International Strategic Accelerator for Women or iSAW is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to accelerate the rate of women’s participation in the workplace, through a groundbreaking approach which embraces the need for systemic change. iSAW aims to achieve this through a three-pronged approach which unites motivated workplace leaders of today, university students – tomorrow’s workplace trailblazers – and senior advisors who influence national policies to advance women’s equality. These three strategic initiatives are Women10x- a peer-to-peer community of change agents (business and HR leaders and experts) sharing ‘What Works’ to create more productive workplaces where women and men can thrive; Uni10x – a university program designed to prepare the next generation to champion inclusive and equitable cultures; W20 – the organization that fosters global dialogue on women's empowerment and policy influence across the G20 nations. They are all enabled by the iSAW digital platform: an enterprise grade and highly interactive application in multiple languages, powered by Unily’s award winning technology, whose other customers include several FTSE 100 corporations.
