About IWiL
The Initiative Women into Leadership (IWiL) creates a fast track to the C‑level for up‑and‑coming female professionals. IWiL is a cross‑industry network driving female leadership by connecting companies, female executives, and decision-makers in Germany and beyond. With 127 individual members and 37 partner companies, IWiL brings together experienced leaders, C‑level executives, and high potentials from across industries. Through our unique cross‑sector mentoring program, we identify, develop, and support new generations of female leaders from our member companies on their path to top management and board roles. Our mission is to boost gender diversity at the board level. Our approach goes far beyond mentoring – we create visibility, bring the right people together, and actively promote women into leadership positions.
