JAD Design Services is an architecture practice built around the idea that good design is not just about the outcome. It is about the process, the people involved, and how well a project is carried from an idea into something real. I work with homeowners, property owners, developers, and design teams across residential and commercial projects, stepping in where I am needed most. Sometimes that means leading a project from the beginning. Other times, it means supporting a team, helping move work forward, or bringing clarity to something that has become complex. For homeowners and property owners, the work is grounded in partnership. Every project starts with how you live, what you need, and how your space can support that over time. Whether it is a custom home, an ADU, or a renovation, the goal is not just to design something that looks good, but something that works, adapts, and feels intentional. For developers, the focus shifts toward alignment and execution. Making sure design intent, coordination, and constructability are all working together so a project can move forward without unnecessary friction. I also work closely with other architects and designers, providing production and technical support when teams need to scale. That can mean Revit modeling, construction documents, QA and QC, or helping carry a project through a demanding phase. The role is flexible, but the objective is consistent. Support the team, maintain quality, and keep the work moving. My experience spans Arizona, Hawai‘i, and Florida, each with its own set of expectations, constraints, and opportunities. Hawai‘i continues to be a meaningful focus, where sensitivity to place, climate, and community is essential to the work. At its core, JAD Design Services is about showing up in the right way for each project. Leading when needed. Supporting when needed. And making sure the work holds up, not just in drawings, but in the real world.
