JDL Recruitment is a boutique data centre construction recruitment agency, working across EMEA and North America. Founded in 2020 to move away from the high-volume, KPI-led model that dominates the rest of the industry. We take fewer roles than most, and we place the ones we take. Boutique by design. We work with developers, consultancies, contractors and suppliers, recruiting across the full project lifecycle: design, construction, commissioning and operations. From mid-level engineers through to programme directors and C-suite.
