I created JEMM Consulting, LLC to combine my expertise in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Presence-Based Coaching with my passion for working collaboratively to partner with organizations to lead, guide and contribute to important work initiatives related to leadership development, competency modeling, experiential learning and training, innovative research projects and much more. I've rebranded to TransformAble Coaching and Consulting, LLC to celebrate the transformation I'm honored to witness through my leadership development coaching and consulting. At TransformAble I leverage my 25 years of expertise, individualized approach and relationship building, coaching and consulting skills to get results and delight my clients.
