JKAM Investments provides family offices, high net worth investors, and accredited investors access to its proprietary deal flow of alternative real estate deals. JKAM participates with a select group of highly vetted real estate partnerships in the multi family, self storage, mobile home, and private lending industries. Clients and investors have the potential to invest in individual deals as well as participate in the JKAM Diversified Asset Fund which makes investments with many diverse projects. Real estate and Alternative Investments are part of a balanced portfolio that offer investors diversification. These projects are much less correlated to the stock market compared to Real Estate Investments Trusts that can have significant price changes. We have found that there are still limited opportunities for busy professionals, high earning professionals and high net worth individuals to vetted passive investment opportunities. Many investors don’t have the time to be hands on managing a multi family apartment building and since these deals are generally not publicly available to market they are difficult for investors to vet and trust the operating partner. We actively participate in hard to find off market opportunities targeting strong risk adjusted returns. The Firm's unique strategy is to provide a more boutique and personalized approach to our clients than the large investment platforms. We work directly with our investor partners to figure out their portfolio strategy to ensure that our investment fund or a direct project is in line with his or her goals.
