Negotiate Like a Woman helps professional women secure the pay, opportunities, and recognition they've earned — but aren't yet getting. Women face different dynamics at the negotiating table. What reads as confidence in a man reads as difficult in a woman. The strategies that work for men often backfire. The playing field isn't level — but it can be navigated.
