About JSR Advisory
JSR Advisory provides expert support to applicants preparing European research and innovation proposals. Inspired by the logic of professional proposal pre-check services, JSR Advisory helps research teams, SMEs and consortia improve the quality, coherence and competitiveness of their projects before submission. I support applicants from the earliest concept stage to the final proposal, helping them clarify the scientific rationale, position the project against the literature and competitive landscape, align with European programme expectations, structure the work plan, and anticipate evaluator concerns. JSR Advisory operates through three main formats: 1. Expert advice and pre-screening Independent assessment of an existing concept note or proposal, with an evaluator-style diagnosis of strengths, weaknesses, risks and concrete recommendations for improvement. 2. Proposal revision and strengthening Detailed correction, restructuring and reformulation of drafted material, including the scientific rationale, objectives, methodology, work plan, impact logic and Excellence / Impact / Implementation sections. 3. Project development from inception Strategic support from the birth of the project: literature and competitor positioning, call alignment, concept architecture, consortium logic, work package design, impact strategy and proposal narrative. Support is provided through regular video meetings and iterative document work, allowing applicants to progressively build a stronger proposal while keeping ownership of the project. JSR Advisory builds on direct experience as an expert evaluator for ERA Chair, WIDERA Twinning, EIC Pathfinder and national funding programmes including ANR in France and F.R.S.-FNRS in Belgium, together with a scientific background in biotechnology, infectious diseases, oral microbiology, diagnostics and health innovation. From scientific excellence to strategic impact.
