Our name means “clean air,” and our mission is methane. Kathairos eliminates methane venting at remote oil and gas well sites with a simple, reliable solution designed for the realities of field operations. By replacing methane as instrument gas, Kathairos helps oil and gas producers eliminate routine pneumatic venting while maintaining reliable well site operations. The solution requires no onsite power, moving parts, or complex equipment combinations, and operates across a wide range of locations, conditions and vent rates. Kathairos has quickly become one of the most trusted methane elimination service providers in North America, with more than 3,000 systems deployed across 17 North American shale basins and 70+ major oil and gas producers. Systems can be deployed in six weeks or less, enabling producers to scale methane elimination across their operations without adding significant complexity to field operations. Kathairos has now surpassed 1 million metric tonnes of CO₂e eliminated from customer operations. The solution also has a low carbon footprint, with nitrogen production and transportation emissions accounting for less than 1% of the total emissions eliminated.
