Founded by three of San Antonio’s most respected attorneys, Rob Killen, James B. Griffin, and Ashley Farrimond, the KGF team has established long term relationships with city and county leaders, communities, and professionals across many fields in the San Antonio and Central/South Texas regions. Our individual and collective experiences allow us the ability to provide a full range of services within the land development and permitting process, such as rezoning and plan amendments, vested rights, variances, special district creation, interdepartmental approvals, development agreements, and annexations. We also regularly assist clients with obtaining economic development incentives and lobbying efforts.
