Kitchen Guard is a new and emerging franchise in the Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning (KEC) industry - a highly fragmented market with minimal competition. The Kitchen Guard mission is to provide its customers (restaurants, sports venues, universities - anywhere food is serviced out of a commercial kitchen) with a safe, sanitary and healthy working environment. There is an incredibly large marketplace for its high-quality cleaning and consultative services not only because they are professional and reliable, but because they are required– and therefore always in demand - by fire inspection code regulations (NFPA96).
