Kith Climate provides pioneering AI advisory and training to climate teams and processionals. Our Claude Code and Cowork climate deliverable demo events have attracted 12k registrants since January 2026. We're powered by our own AI tech team, which architects and builds solutions for climate work. These solutions are also open-sourced under Kith AI Lab, our R&D arm. Finance is in our DNA given our CEO's expertise in that space. In both training and advisory work, we take climate work to its fullest finance implications. Especially in climate physical risk, this is an emerging necessity for the climate teams we speak to. We offer two Residencies, both six-week cohort programs geared towards climate professionals. In the Climate Work Residency, participants use Claude Code and Cowork to create real-world corporate climate deliverables. In Climate Risk, they use Claude Code to model physical risk scenarios for three different "clients", taking it all the way to key financial decisions and disclosure. Our Advisory work emerged from training 130 climate professionals to perform climate work with AI. Along the way, our tech team engineered our own consulting "OS" based on Claude Code.
