Unlike traditional practice management systems —focused on scheduling and billing— Kolibri specializes in the cost side: supply tracking per treatment, inventory with real clinical terminology, and financial reporting that reveals the true profitability of each procedure. Founded by a dentist and a financial controlling specialist, Kolibri was born from a concrete need: helping independent clinics make decisions backed by clear data, without the complexity of a corporate ERP. Currently in beta with pilot clinics in Chile.
