During the global pandemic, Memory and time became inversely proportionate. After slowing down from the "Rat Race", we saw opportunity. What started off as a "life-style business" around our two Children, grew into a dominant force in the Advance construction sector. We are Wallace & Cooper, life long partners & experienced recruiters. We got sick and tired of working with companies that did not value us or the people we placed. So we decided to build a recruitment company that focuses on dealing with Good people. In return, the matchmaking process has never been so straight forward, we hire good people into good companies.
