About Kotka

Hi, I’m Corina. This is my business alter ego, Kotka. A small fun fact: Kotka means eagle in Finnish and female cat in Polish. I like to think I hold both. The eagle speaks to freedom, strength, dignity, and a wider view. The cat brings presence, sensitivity, independence, and an instinct for when to move — and when to wait. Together, they reflect how I work: attentive and grounded, while staying aware of the bigger picture. At the top of this page, you’ll see a banner with three moments from my life — with my mother as a baby, as a schoolgirl, and as I am today. For me, it’s a reminder that who we are now carries all that came before. Here, I share pieces of my work supporting people, teams, and organizations as living wholes, helping them grow into more alive, compassionate ways of working and being. Some might call this facilitation, coaching, or organizational development. I think of it as listening to what wants to emerge, and helping it take shape. You’re very welcome here.
