About Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty
The Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty story begins in 1991 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, when current company chairman Donald D. Pearson purchased Kurfiss Real Estate from the estate of founder David C. Kurfiss. Pearson wanted to establish an agency that offered buyers and sellers the personalized attention of a real estate boutique with the backing of professional marketing for real estate, lending and title services. In 2006, recognizing global real estate trends and the need to establish a truly international marketing platform, Pearson decided to affiliate Kurfiss with Sotheby’s International Realty. The company now has offices in Chestnut Hill, Center City Philadelphia (serving adjacent New Jersey markets, too), the Main Line and in New Hope, Bucks County, serving Hunterdon County, N.J., as well. We are the exclusive Sotheby’s International Realty in southeastern Pennsylvania.
