Founder Diana Cruz Solash spent 30+ years building and operating the talent and leadership processes that define success at the executive level at EY, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Infor. And that is the work: coaching that gets beneath habit and assumption to the thought that drives how you lead, then turns insight into the behavior that changes what you, and your organization, can do. As AI absorbs the routine, what matters more is what it cannot replicate: judgment that can't be delegated, trust that has to be earned, change that has to be led, and a story only a human can tell.
