Our portfolio includes Sheraton Waikiki, The Royal Hawaiian, Moana Surfrider, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, Sheraton Maui, and Palace Hotel San Francisco. Working in partnership with leading hotel operators, we provide strategic oversight of asset management, capital investment, redevelopment, governance, sustainability, and long-term planning to ensure these historic properties continue to thrive for generations to come.
