La Plata Electric Association (LPEA) is Colorado’s fifth-largest electric distribution cooperative, proudly serving more than 37,000 residential, commercial, and industrial members. Our service territory spans La Plata and Archuleta counties, portions of Hinsdale, Mineral, and San Juan counties in Colorado, and a portion of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico.
