About National Black MBA Association, Los Angeles Chapter
The National Black MBA Association® - Los Angeles Chapter (LABMBA or NBMBAA-LA) was founded in 1974. We represent Southern California and have 500+ members as far South as San Diego, as far East as the Inland Empire and as far North as the San Fernando Valley. We are in partnership with several corporate partners in a wide range of industries both in the public and private sector. We empower undergraduate and graduate students, professionals, and entrepreneurs from underestimated groups through a wide range of strategic business partnerships, financial resources, career and educational programs, lifestyle experiences, and leadership opportunities. We also empower high school students through our Leaders of Tomorrow® program by providing mentoring, coaching, goal setting, and opportunities to serve their communities.
