Landmark Global
We connect e-commerce brands to shoppers worldwide: shipping, customs & returns, end-to-end.
About Landmark Global
We make global ecommerce easy. International selling involves complexity at every step: customs clearance, duties and taxes, delivery performance, returns. Landmark Global brings these together in a single cross-border solution, enabling e-commerce brands to expand internationally with confidence. International delivery: carrier-neutral shipping to more than 220 destinations, with routes optimized per market to balance speed, cost and reliability. Customs and compliance: our in-house customs brokerage manages DDP and DDU solutions, duties and taxes, and upfront landed-cost calculation, ensuring smooth border clearance and full cost transparency for your customers. Fulfilment: warehousing and order fulfilment in Europe and North America, close to your end customers. Returns: a branded returns portal and a network of local drop-off points, turning reverse logistics into a driver of customer retention. Our proprietary platform, Mercury, manages the entire process, from label generation to tracking and customs data. It integrates natively with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, and connects to custom systems via API. Landmark Global is part of Bnode (formerly bpostgroup), the logistics group behind bpost, Belgium's national postal operator, combining the reach and reliability of a major international network with the dedicated support of a local team.
