About Las Colinas Association
Created as a Texas non-profit corporation in 1973, The Las Colinas Association serves as the permanent property owners association for all deed restricted residential and commercial properties in Las Colinas within Dallas County. Comprising over 8,000 acres, the development is a unique combination of commercial, residential, educational, recreational, and retail land uses developed in harmony with the environment. Las Colinas has established itself as one of the premier business addresses in America and as one of the finest places to live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Over 45,000 people live in Las Colinas among diverse residential options that range from urban lofts to stately homes. Neighborhood villages are distinct in character, yet cohesive in style and seamlessly transition into the development's commercial areas. Continuity and the same level of quality prevail in the business community which encompasses more than 2,000 companies and a workforce of 125,000. The development comprises 27.4 million square feet of office space and 7.6 million square feet of light industrial and distribution space. Retail space exceeds 2.9 million square feet.
