About Lea Cares

Lea Cares is a Swedish beautytech company turning materials science into next-generation care for hair, skin and nails. We develop and commercialise B.A.M Technology, our patented BioActive Mineral® platform for the local delivery of calcium and silicon. By bringing these bioactive minerals to where they are needed, the technology supports the natural production of collagen and keratin. Founded in Uppsala by pharmacist Viktoria Engqvist and Professor Håkan Engqvist, Lea Cares combines pharmaceutical knowledge, materials science and product development. Our first commercial applications are B.A.M Technology Nail Serum and Hair Serum. We work with retailers, distributors, beauty brands and industry partners—and welcome conversations about collaboration and licensing.
