LEAD Futures Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people discover who they are, grow with confidence, and create opportunity for others. Our name reflects our cycle of impact: Learn, Empower, Act, Develop. When individuals gain knowledge, feel supported, take action, and then help someone else grow, communities change for the better. We focus on practical pathways that build real confidence and real access: • Youth leadership and mentorship • EVOkicks confidence building experiences • Women in Technology career access and scholarships • Life skills education including financial literacy, communication, and career readiness • Community partnerships that open doors to opportunity We believe confidence becomes leadership, and leadership gives forward.
