About LEAD Lab - Leadership and Diversity Lab

LEAD lab is a research unit of Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, Université libre de Bruxelles. It brings together a team of junior and senior scholars dedicated to exploring leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in organizational contexts. Their work examines how intergroup relations, identity, power, and culture shape workplace dynamics and aims to generate theoretical insights and practical solutions for more inclusive leadership and equitable institutions. LEAD Lab is also a research unit of CEBRIG (Centre Emile Bernheim de Recherche Interdisciplinaire en Gestion), a research center that performs fundamental and applied research in all the fields of management science and encourages multidisciplinary research. It is key at CEBRIG with members having degrees in fields as diverse as management, business, art, economics, history, philosophy, psychology, or sociology.
