Each participant executes their role on a tablet, as they learn to challenge themselves, question assumptions, explore perspectives and build leadership confidence as part of their leadership journey. To improve retention and application of the high-impact leadership lessons learned, each participant receives an Individual Assessment Report and documents their Leadership Action Plan. Based on extensive leadership development experience and doctoral research, this state-of-the-art program can be configured and customized to meet your specific corporate development needs. To enhance this experience, we’ve created interactive learning modules facilitated by expert faculty.
