We are a peer-to-peer independent global gender diversity and inclusion social impact organisation. Our member-centric, diverse, international circle of women and allies supports and enables women to achieve their ambitions. Our Mission is to democratise access to information and opportunities for women in male-dominated sectors to build a sustainable future, ensuring Women have access to the right tools and strategies for navigating work and life. Our guiding principles are based on three key UN Sustainable development goals: SDG5, SDG7, and SDG13, as we continuously build a support platform that provides visibility and elevates women.
