Li4 was established in 2023 by South East Technological University (SETU) as Ireland’s National Centre of Excellence in Lean Industry 4.0. We work across sectors where performance and resilience matter most, from pharma and food to manufacturing, healthcare, and services. We build the capability and systems that make transformation real. Our expertise combines Lean Thinking, Digital Technologies, Simulation, and AI to help organisations reimagine how work is designed, performed, and continuously improved.
