Life Changing Education (LCE) is a holistic educational inclusion and consultancy service built on a simple belief: when you change a child's environment and support, you change their whole trajectory. We look at pupil support through a complete, 360-degree lens. By moving away from one-size-fits-all models, we rebuild belonging and re-engage young people who need it most. Our Pupil Pathways - we deliver targeted, high-impact support through five specialist pathways: LCE Juniors: Reducing primary exclusions and easing the vital transition into high school. LCE Aspirational Provision: Proactively reducing exclusions and supporting pupils within secondary settings. LCE Academy: Our highly specialist school tailored for pupils with complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. LCE Elite Performance: Supporting and re-engaging pupils at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). LCE Tuition: Offering expert, highly personalised 1:1 learning and academic support. Systemic Support & Consultancy True inclusion doesn’t stop at direct pupil support. Through our innovative CLIO (Consultancy, Leadership and Inclusion) initiative, we empower the wider school community. We partner with school leaders and staff to translate inclusive theory into everyday practice. By combining specialist consultancy, staff development, and strategic leadership support, we give educators the practical, relational tools they need to build highly resilient, inclusive cultures.
