As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 2006, and a Professional Certified Life Coach (PCC) since 1998, Marion is a former faculty adjunct teacher at an internationally known coaching school, currently teaching her own unique program that offers ICF CCEUs and ACSTHs (Approved Coach Specific Training Core Competency Hours towards certification or renewal of) Laser Coach Your Way to Sustainable Success – Intensive––a 12–week course emphasizing masterful coaching skills (formerly known as Learn HOW TO Coach). She facilitates two (day and evening) ongoing Mentor Practicum Groups, two of the few supervision/mentoring groups for coaches (ACSTH and CEUs). Her latest endeavor is an Advanced Coach Training for former Laser Coaching students. Additionally, as a Board Certified Coach (BCC), she teaches a 30–hour Laser Coaching course strictly for therapists who want to earn the BCC certification.
