lindenpartners berät aus Berlin-Mitte heraus Mandanten in ganz Deutschland. 2006 von Anwälten aus Großkanzleien gegründet, ist die Sozietät stetig gewachsen und umfasst heute 35 Anwälte, davon 15 Partner. Wir beraten Mandanten in den klassischen Gebieten des Wirtschaftsrechts. Besonders stark sind wir im Gesellschaftsrecht, M&A und im Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht sowie bei Gerichts- und Schiedsverfahren.
