Linville Team Partners began in 2012 as a commercial real estate brokerage in downtown Winston-Salem. Since then, one business has become three. We built LTP Investment Services to sponsor and operate commercial real estate investments, and Xpand to advise consolidators and operators through business acquisitions and sales. Today, LTP Brokerage Services helps clients buy, sell and lease commercial property across The Carolinas. We come to that work as owners, not just brokers. The same firm that advises you also buys, operates and manages commercial real estate of its own, so we read a deal from your side of the table and weigh it the way we would if it were ours. You get an owner's full bench behind you, the same instincts, market intelligence and operating experience we bring to our own portfolio. Linville Team Partners is now the parent company for three distinct businesses. Together, our work reaches nationwide, even as we stay rooted in Winston-Salem.
