We are a mission-driven, social enterprise that works in partnership with local authorities, national and regional government bodies, social landlords, foundations, development banks, investors and industry bodies to advance the development, design, funding and delivery of community-focused, place-based models for a just, net zero transition. Please no more shiny reports. We need to advance demonstrators ideally within co-ordinated programmes; learning to scale by doing, iterating and doing again.
