Loman Leadership is a leadership coaching practice for founders and leadership teams of fast-growing companies. We work with people whose revenue numbers are green but who sense something in the team is no longer keeping up. Meetings that go nowhere. Someone who has gone quiet. A decision stuck for months. A leader who hits every target and quietly wonders why it does not feel the way they thought it would. We don't teach teams what to do differently. We open the conversation that was already waiting to happen. Once what is below the surface becomes visible, teams start correcting themselves. That is the work. Not skills training.
