We are present in major markets throughout Northern California and Northwest Nevada. As active real estate investors and developers, we know the industry, what works, what doesn’t, and how to convert a potential real estate project into economic opportunities and positive social impacts in the communities we invest in. We are an ever-growing organization consisting of a group of diverse and dynamic people who strive for excellence. LRE & Co currently employs 1,500 employees within California. The food and beverage arm of LRE & Co and its affiliates comprise franchise restaurants and master agreements for national franchises. The commercial real estate arm consists of partners with national hotel brands.
