About Leadership Tomorrow

Leadership Tomorrow is the Puget Sound Region’s preeminent community leadership organization. Leadership Tomorrow equips leaders with the regional knowledge, leadership skills, and relationships they need to advance a more equitable and thriving region. For more than 40 years, we have cultivated a network of nearly 3,000 leaders working across sectors to tackle the Puget Sound region’s toughest challenges. Leadership Tomorrow alumni have launched nonprofits, started businesses, served in public office, and contributed millions of volunteer hours to address issues such as housing affordability, climate resilience, and public safety.
